Gender equity is cross cutting policy in all the activities of the organization. The organization has adequate representation of women in the Governing Board and Staff Distribution. 80% of the beneficiaries of the organization are aimed at addressing the development issues of women.
Education is the doorway of the wider world and anb exposition and rural infrastructure is incomplete without assement of the extent to which we have been able to open this door for the children of rural India. There is no doubt that term of providing the benefits of education to the whole population the country could have done better, particularly in respect of Scheduled Catse (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), minority groups, the disabled and girls.
